I recently moved into clearfield junction and I can confidently say it’s Been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I toured the property, I knew this would be my home. My family and I have been living here for almost 2 years, and we have really felt very safe, a very nice place, it is very close to everything. The new manager Kelsie has been very attentive and has always resolved our concerns. The maintenance service is excellent, they do not take long to repair or solve the problem.

Taya was the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with when moving into a new place! She made the entire process soo easy and couldn’t have been more helpful with getting litttle things taken care of asap!! I would give 10 stars to anyone looking at Clearfield Junction!

I really appreciate all the CUSTOMER SERVICE! All my questions promptly answered, and the packet of information is very helpful. I worked mostly with the very patient and knowledgeable Taya. However, the few times working with Kelsie, she was just as kind and helpful. This place is beautiful, and the amenities are incredible. I love calling this home!

Clearfield Junction is a great place to live. Kelsey and Taya are always super responsive and helpful when we have questions. The new owners are putting a lot of work into the place and fixing up previous owners problems. which is more than most can say about their complexes. i'm sure its a hard biz and this team deserves the best of the best!

Tbh we just lived here me and brother for about a year great place and hade a very good experience the property manger Kelsie she is really good and helps us when ever we need help.

Lived here for a week now and the staff has been real helpful. The response on maintenance was quick. The amenities are nice and not packed. Great location in Downtown Clearfield.
