I recently moved into clearfield junction and I can confidently say it’s Been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I toured the property, I knew this would be my home. The complex offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and luxury living. The apartments are spacious, with high ceilings, contemporary finishes, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchens are stunning, featuring top of the line appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with elegant fixtures and luxurious touches that make you feel like you’re at a spa. What really sets Clearfield Junction apart is the quality of service. The management team is always responsive, friendly, and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds and the upkeep of shared facilities. The amenities are fantastic. The fitness center is well equipped, and the outdoor pool and lounge area are perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to local shopping, dining, and transportation options. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Clearfield Junction home. The new manager Kelsie has been very attentive and has always resolved our concerns. The maintenance service is excellent, they do not take long to repair or solve the problem.

However, the few times working with Kelsie, she was just as kind and helpful. This place is beautiful, and the amenities are incredible. I love calling this home!

New management has been amazing! Kelsie is very prompt and professional. And the maintenance team is very respectful and as prompt as possible. We did have a few issues but they were quick in handling it as fast as possible. I love it here! Plus the view we have is amazing! My family feels safe which in my opinion is most important. Since we are in the middle of town everything is closed by another plus.

Clearfield junction is a great place to live. Conveniently close to I-15, which is great since I work in SLC. I recently upgraded to a three bedroom apartment which went perfectly well. Kelsie and Taya have been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend living here!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year. So far, everything has been great. Every time I have made a maintenance request, it has been handled the next day. My neighbors have been friendly and very attentive to clean up after their pets. The only thing I currently find troublesome is the office seems to close earlier that the time posted I'm not sure if that is a recent change or if there is someone manning a phone until closing but I does get frustrating when I try to enter after work and no one is there. But really a monor inconvenience. All in all the location is great with plenty of things around especially with the new restaurant and convenience store that opened over the summer.

There’s good and bad, but that’s part of living in an apartment complex. Me, my boyfriend and 3 kids have lived here for over a year now, We’re in the new buildings. The apartment itself is nice, we love it. We haven’t had any issues so far. Management has done well to work with us when needed. The parking sucks, there just isn’t enough for everyone who lives there. There cons, are mainly people who live here. There’s good and there is bad neighbors. They get bad at not taking their trash out, and only wait for the trash valet and pile their garbage up by their front doors, and it stinks up the hallways. Some people let their animals pee and poo in the hallways and don’t clean it up. You definitely get used to tuning out the trains

I have lived here since they opened their first building in 2020. There has been bumps and issues along the way like any place youll live. The new management & maintenance is by far the best they've had. Kelsie is very quick with her responses and how to get a issue resolved. The maintenance is also on top of any issue you might have & get it fixed right away. The amenities are all open and functional which is also a huge plus. The only thing that is a downside is parking sometimes. It's gotten SO much better! This issue is more tenant related than the complex itself since they're working towards more parking for everyone. Overall it has definitely improved in the time spent here and has become a better community to live in. I'd recommend living here.

Clearfield Junction has been one of the best places ive ever lived. Its clean, well put together, and theyre opening up a dog park so the area is more suitable for animals which is awesome! Ive been here for a couple months and Kelsie the leasing manager and Colten the maintenance Assistant Manager are absolutely amazing and put the tenants needs before their own which is the type of people you would want to work with. They have worked with me multiple times when having any sort of questions and will stop anything they are doing to help. Kelsie and Colten really make this place feel like home and make it a place I want to live at. I definitely recommend leasing here as it will be a new experience that you have when renting!

I walked down the hall to my wife's friends house to get ingredients for dinner. I have now lived here with my husband and son for a year. I posted a review right after we moved in back in 2023. I still feel the same as I did on my first day. We love it here!! It is quiet and wonderful! We have lived in apartments for many years now, and this is by far the best! There isn't anything to complain about. It is a well finished apartment! We all agree that we plan to be here for many years. As far as the complaints in other reviews, we have experienced none of them. The walls are not thin. We hear nothing from our neighbors around us. It is warm in winter and cool in summer! The pool was finished before summer this year, and we enjoyed it! The hallways are clean and well lit. The elevator is kept clean. The yard areas are good! We have experienced nothing but an immediate response when needing anything from management and the maintenance team. This is a wonderful place to live, and we feel it is worth every penny we pay for rent!!

I live here now! Just moved in. We are ecstatic to be here!!! Our view is outstanding!! The apartment itself is beautifully finished, quiet, and just what we all need. We live right by the train tracks and it does not matter. When trains go by you barely hear anything unless you have your windows open. I can't believe how quiet it is. You can not hear any other tenants. The apartment is so well insulated that you do not hear a thing.

Great place to have your folks. I had some friends just move in and really enjoy the ramps and elevators. So convenient to move in. Bottom units have vaulted ceilings. Big islands, quartz countertops, big rooms, new appliances, only needs some lighting in the parking. Managers and staff very responsive and helpful. If you looking into a home here you'll be pleasantly surprised.

5/5/23 update. We have stuck it out here as we feel they are truly making an effort to get the buildings and amenities taken care of, the new office manager Travis is wonderful and attends to any issues very quickly and is very helpful and easy to work with. Our balcony (see below) is still not perfect, but they have worked on this for us recently. So far, we are happy with our decision to stay. Looking forward to what they’ll bring improving next! Thank you Travis (property manager). Carrie (corporate contact for owners of the property) and Travis (maintenance). I appreciate each of you. ________________________________________ Love the floor plan and the location. Everything else is garbage. Management tells you they will follow up (just like they comment on each of these reviews) and then they don’t. Here is our balcony drain which was placed December of 2021. It was supposed to be finished no later that January 2022-after 30 days of entering whenever they needed to during the holidays. It is now May 9 and this ineffective eyesore is still on our balcony. This is one of a laundry list of issues here. I would not recommend renting here.

The apartments are so nice and spacious, we love the island kitchen and large walk in closets. Had a couple of issues with the construction when we first moved in but the staff has been so great about getting everything finished up for us. Wes does a great job with any of our requests and the manager is very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. It is rough to find additional parking and we've brought our concerns to the management, they are doing their best to open up more spots and we are hopeful that will change once construction is all done.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and have great layouts. Especially the patio and kitchen. We love the floor plan so we decided to do a year lease. However the best experience so far has been the outstanding Property Manager Jacklyn. She’s been so patient and kind and was always answering my emails and phone calls whenever I had questions. She’s very nice, professional and easy going. When considering an apartment it makes you feel so much better knowing the property manager is easy to get ahold of and makes you feel comfortable.
